Turks & Caicos

I love Turks and Caicos. This was my 4th trip to the island. I decided that I deserved celebrating my 45th birthday there :). Brian couldn't come, so I brought along Patrick and my niece Natasha. We had a fabulous time. The weather was perfect, the beach was as beautiful as ever... and we got a complimentary upgrade at Grace Bay Club. Our 3-bedroom residence on the 4th floor in the Estate section was spectacular.

Our time on the island was spent swimming, reading, eating... basically living the good life. What more can one ask for?

We had dinner under the palm trees of Coco Bistro one night. The food was delicious as always.

The sunsets were stunning.

Goodbye Turks and Caicos - till next time.

Mallorca, Spain

We spent a week in Mallorca, Spain to "recover" from our "exhausting" Mediterranean cruise. We stayed at probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at: the Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. That is one beautiful hotel, perched high up in the hills, with stunning views of Mallorca.

We truly enjoyed the food at Es Fanals, a traditional Spanish and Asian style tapas restaurant, located by the infinity pool.

We took the vintage train ride from Soller to Palma, visited Palma, then took the train back to Soller.

We spent a beautiful morning sailing around Mallorca.

We LOVED our time in Spain.
